Hafal, Wales’ leading charity for people with serious mental illness and their carers, yesterday gave evidence to the Welsh Affairs Committee on the proposed Mental Health Legislative Competence Order (LCO) for Wales.
Deputy Chief Executive Alun Thomas and staff member and former service user Lee McCabe spoke at length to a group of MPs in Committee Room 16 of the House of Commons.
