Shelley speaks about the importance of being confident

“You’re the person keeping that person in a job so at the end of the day they have to listen to you.” That’s the advice of service user Shelley from Flintshire who spoke in the studio today about the importance of building up the confidence to speak frankly to health professionals and ask for services:
