Mental health charities Hafal, Bipolar UK and the MentalHealth Foundation and equality charity Diverse Cymru have released informationabout an upcoming campaign which will be led by service users and carers.
“Let’s Get Physical!” will set a challenge – bothto service users and carers and to their service providers – to radicallyimprove physical health for people with a mental illness and their carers by sourcingand preparing healthy, high quality, good value food; finding ways to becomemore active, and getting the right support from health professionals to staywell.
