The annual Mental Health Today Wales conference and exhibition takes place at the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff on May 10th 2017. The exhibition bringing together 400 visitors, 15 exhibitors and a multi-stream seminar programme.
The event promises a host of experts from the mental health sector who will present on a variety of topics focusing on best practice, practical guidance and future innovation. Specifically, the conference will deliver the following three “streams of expertise”:-
- Developing mental health services in Wales
- Peer support and service user-led services
- Children and young people’s mental health.
The programme will feature representation from across the mental health community, with commissioners, policy makers, charities, providers, family carers, support workers, and – most importantly – service users providing their input and expertise.
