Time to Talk Day 2022 approaching!

There’s now just one week until Time to Change’s ‘Time to Talk Day’ 2022 which takes place on Thursday 3rd February.

With one in four of us experiencing a mental health problem in any given year, there has never been a better time to get involved in Time to Talk Day.

The more conversations we have about mental health, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down – helping to end the isolation, shame and worthlessness that too many of us feel when experiencing a mental health problem.

The day provides an opportunity for you to add to the wider conversation that will be occurring on social media, television and elsewhere.

This Time to talk Day, the message is clear: ‘However you do it, have a conversation about mental health.’

This is a great opportunity for communities, workplaces, schools, or anyone to get together and have a chat. Let’s start talking and together we will end mental health stigma.

Time to Change is the first national campaign to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems and in Wales is led by leading mental health charities Hafal and MIND Cymru. For more information, visit:  https://www.timetochangewales.org.uk/en/campaigns/timetotalkday/
